Location

This point is on the LR channel, 3 cun proximal to Minghuang (T 88.12), which is at the center of the midline of the medial thigh.

Indications
Primary: 

Any hepatic and gallbladder disorders, especially hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, jaundice, liver cancer

  • Impaired liver function leading to fatigue and exhaustion, vertigo, eye pain, blurry vision, liver spots, hypochondriac pain, gallstones, indigestion, bloating from insufficient bile secretion, Ménière's disease

Leukemia, elevated white blood cell count

Secondary: 
  • Post-stroke complications, hemiplegia
  • Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, chorea
  • Liver qi stagnation leading to nervousness, anxiety, insomnia
